I love that the solution to no one wanting to play tank was to decrease the number of tanks on a team and then make them shitty. Overwatch 2 is going to be a mess idk how anyone has positive expectations based on what we've seen/gotten from OW1 the last 5 years.

Because I’m not a sad pessimist and I genuinely like the game. I have problems with it, but I still play it regularly. I’ve had a positive expectation for OW2 ever since it was announced, and it stays that way until it’s released. I’m personally against 5v5 since it literally goes against the dev’s own policy with why 6v6 is the perfect team size, but I’m optimistic, and expecting them to make the solo tank role work wonders. You are free to hate on me and my opinion if you must, but just know that there’s still many people who have positive expectations. Also it’s only the last year only we’ve gotten poor content. The years prior have had no maps or heroes, which I understand (it’s still sad, though), but they still had good events and such.

I would be embarrased if I would be part of the OW2 "developing" team and I would release such shit. Literally 2 years further and they have set up a game where every role is in some sort more dps like. Most tanks are more like dps now, healers heal less, so it would probably better to deal damage instead. Basically: we are sorry for the long queue time for dps, so we renew the game, where only dps exist, have fun.
