Yes, Flashbang was changed to Magnetic Grenade for OW 2 but a few seasons ago they changed it back to Flashbang. Its not as bad as the one from OW 1 tho.

It's actually a good rework; instead of doing full-on stun, it does "hinder" which slows you down, and removes your ability to use movement abilities (blinks, etc). In comparison to homing grenade, that could kill someone due to one bodyshot and simply throwing it and having it lock-on, this is way better.
