Update(24 jan 2020 night) the lights at the blks are completely shut off, plunging the 5 blks into total darkness, except for the Void Decks. There are still half height hoardings except the barrier closing off the carpark

The old history map reveal a large cluster of hdb blks as big as Tanglin halt along the Alexandra canal numbered 1-75. The blks were demolished in the late 80s and 90s, any idea abt what they were and the name of the estate? Upd: There is another smaller cluster below the estate that was demolish in mid 2000s

Btw PropertyGuru says that Blk 192 has 26 floors. Other point vips with lock up view deck eg 417 Bedok has only 25 floors

Yes it (probably) was a 12-storey Blk that looks like Blk 38 flipped right to left. Demolish in 2006/7 according to Over, a commenter in RemSG See comments about it in: remembersingapore.org/singapore-en-bloc-flats/

Carpark behind blks 46-50 will be closed on tomorrow(2 Jan 2020), I think the place will be hoarded up by then. Let’s bid a final farewell to the blks today. RIP Blks 46-50 Bedok south ave 3, 1977-2020 Update(2 jan 2020) the carpark has been closed off and red nets have been erected around demolition site Update(8 jan 2020) there are now half height hoardings around demolition site. Netball court between blks 50 and 51(shown at 3:04) was also close recently although a notice said it would be close on 9 Dec 2019. Not sure why they bothered to close it off. Tried to crawl under hoardings but scratched myself Update(17 jan 2020) same state as on 8 jan as viewed from car. Not sure when there will full height hoardings.
