So Here We Are remains to be one of my favorite songs of all time. It’s genuinely hard to listen to sometimes due to just how powerfully it’s ingrained itself into the best, most nostalgic parts of my life. Such an incredible band.

a month before peel's death? the band's fortunate to perform and be a part of musical heroes like Joy Division which is primarily one of their earlier influences as well. Miss their sound during the silent alarm/weekend in the city phase way before everything changed
