The feedback shouldn't be H(s)*G(s) but it should be whatever the last output is, let's say C(s), multiplied by H(s) so it would be C(s)*H(s). That way the simplification G(s) / (1 + G(s)H(s)) will make more sense where C(s) = (R(s) - C(s)*G(s))*G(s) which will give us C(s) = R(s)*G(s) / (1 + G(s)*H(s)).

I'm learning about these in Digital Signal Processing but I'm not fund of them anyway

I'd like to get into DSP, the topic sounds fascinating but I've never had the opportunity to study it.

@@CircuitBread So you have no knowledge of Fourier Series, DFT, DTFT, whatsoever?
@CircuitBread3 жыл бұрын
Me, personally? I'm familiar with them conceptually and I use tools based on their operation, but I'm not well versed on any details. Fortunately, there are other engineers here at CircuitBread and Amrutha is actually working on another Fourier EE FAQ right now (she's already done one comparing the difference between analog signal processing and DSP that's on the website).
