@Cheputle Titlan his back will be destroyed from the work, it’s not a matter of being obese man
@Tovarisch_Hardbassov3 жыл бұрын
@Cheputle Titlan Lol it doesnt matter if you are obese or not, bending the back like this and putting so much load on it will leave you with pain in the future.
@dsandoval93963 жыл бұрын
@Cheputle Titlan You must be one of those obese douchebags because you just proved you don't know what you're talking about. You're thinking he's going to be healthy because he's being physical... wrong. There's a difference between being physical at work and working out/exercising. You HAVE TO follow a methodology when exercising to be healthy, that's why people can go to the gym and exercise for years even but never see any health benefit including it being detrimental to their body. And of course the obvious, doesn't matter how much the worker gets his blood pumping, putting stress on your body by putting it in a position that is detrimental to your body will only give you problems later on in life. I've been doing labor jobs my entire life, started when I was 12 and I'm close to 40, I had a job at FedEx Ground where I was handling 50 lbs to 80 lbs packages all 8 plus hours a day for 3½ years. If you don't bend at the knees keep your back straight, and all that, you WILL royally fuck your shit up right quick. After a year of FedEx my back was seriously going out, I was only in my early 20s at the time. Learned to fix posture even when you have the boss breathing over your shoulder because fuck him it's my body and the pain subsided, but it's never been the same again. If the guy in the video keeps that shit up sure he might live to 90 y/o, but he'll do it hunchback with a cane for the rest of his life.
