Most of the time the display panel is driven from two channels or cables connected to it, one cable for each half of the screen, by what's called the "T-con" board. Many times the lines or "blocks" of garbage on the screen is only on one half of it. In this case, you MAY be able to do the pin blocking method and correct it. You want to end up blocking the pin(s) on the cable leading to the side of the screen which is malfunctioning and failing to, or are sending erroneous signals to the display, which is the root of the cause of the lines or "blocks" on the screen. Isolating the faulty connection will eliminate the bad signal and will force the display driver to compensate by sending the correct signal down the other cable, or getting rid of enough of the line(s) so that they aren't very noticeable anymore. Sometimes this method works, and other times it doesn't. It all depends on the type of hardware used and the actual fault of the circuitry inside the TV. It can be time consuming to figure out the right combination of pin(s) that need to be blocked. If the individual pins for ribbon connector sockets on the tcon board are labeled, start with blocking off the clock (clk) signals on that cable and go from there. If the pins are not labeled, you may be able to obtain a schematic online for your particular tcon board, or you can start a process of trial and error, to see which pins might have an effect on the problem. It might end up to be that blocking just one pin takes care of the issue, or it could be a combination of two or more that need to be blocked. Have fun...

I cant believe this worked.. honestly i cannot thank you enough. Ive tried everything past few months, even changed the t con board and i was still getting black screen.. my technician insisted i change the screen but ur fix did it.. i still cannot believe it lol. @@ЯрославКубарь Насколько я понял, изолируя часть контактов на шлейфе, мы отключает неработающий драйвер строк в матрице. Частично его функции берут на себя оставшиеся драйверы. Какие именно контакты нужно изолировать, подбираем экспериментальным путем по качеству картинки.

Setelah sekitar 5 menit di coba tiba" blank dan setelah saya periksa ternyata fleksibel bagian kanan warna merah jalur nya yang bermasalah.
