was not a bug, every chapter has a capped level. you reached the level cap of ch3 (level 12) and once you beat ch3 your level cap raised to be suitable for ch4 (level 15)

Every chapter has a badge for beating it's bosses in Hard Mode, you can do them in any order you choose as long as they have all been beaten once on Hard Mode (per save file)

you can currently get 99 items without cheating, you may be missing Whole Pizza which is the only obtainable item that you can only get once currently

Edit: I have messed it up you cannot get 100hp like this so please scroll down and say nothing to this reply unless you wanna know how to level up in this demo You can upgrade your stats in the library. You also need tix to upgrade your stats so get as much tix as you can.

@@Flowerpot156 Problem: You have 10 HP at LVL 1 You can gain +5 HP every LVL after Max LVL is 15 Even with 14 upgrades into HP and a HP+ card (because you can only equip one), that’s only 85 HP +17 HP from an Ice Dagger is *DEFINITELY* nothing to scoff at, but that’s not 100 HP

@@lordoslimes you can collect multiple HP+ cards and equip multiple of them, right now we have 3 HP+ cards. But the point is you spend all your upgrade for HP that mean you only have 3 BP and a HP+ card cost 3 BP, so the best you can have now is just 85 HP at best.
