Says NOBODY in Australia: "Oh, the Drain Addict is coming tomorrow and he'll put video of my property on the internet. I'm going to tidy up my yard to look nice and give him easy access!"

I wondering that people here mostly easily takes part of filming and noone seems complaining that private property get filmed. Hard to imagine something like that in Latvia, ajd most part of EU likely too.
@flammehawk3 жыл бұрын
@@iljadenisovs4659 For me it would most likely depend on why it gets filmed and if someone could recognize where it is.

DA just cleared everyone’s drain in the whole city block and the local authorities have noticed a drop in the river water level. Terrific work! Love this channel.

Watching these videos reminds me of how my middle school had all the sewer access points in the halls and not outside, so when the pipe clogged, all the sewage came spraying out the floor when the plumbers tried to unclog the drain.

A suggestion if I may: use a broom handle to pinpoint sound. Put stick on ground and place hand over the end of the stick and then your ear. It works like a giant stethoscope. Old mechanics trick to chase down a noise on an running engine.

The boys did a good job of digging the hole at the first pipe gave themselves plenty of room, take note Ollie stop digging small holes, however what were they all thinking of just cutting the clay pipe, take that section out you could see it was already loose stop messing about with the blue protector on gray hose. shame on you Ollie. Several questions? Is the clay pipe that commonly used in Australia? Doesn’t seem that strong and prone to breakage when the ground moves. How and what do you charge? By the hour or by the job? Are you recommended by other plumbers or do clients call you directly? Is jetting that common in Australia? Only recently catching on here (US) for pipes under 6 inches. At sea we used jetting for blocked condenser tubes starting at 5/8” dia. Thanks for taking the time to make the videos, I really enjoy them. Sincerely Rod

I love this channel. I want the bearded fellow to do introductions and explain what he is doing. Now this is coming from someone who has seen other KZbin channels and sees what they do to make it big. This guy's work ethic is top notch and he gets in and gets out. I get that he doesn't want to take the time to explain shit in each video. But it's what needs to be done to make this channel super popular. Us viewers like to feel like we are really getting to know the person. They need to be personable. Now that I am 5 mins in to the vid I notice that there is some talking going on. That's much better than some of the other vids that I have seen.

First tool gets stuck in the poo drain that hadnt been cleaned out in years. Got it unstuck and got it out. It had a very minor clog and couldnt see through it so he decided to eat some many year old poo and blow through it and it wasnt clogged anymore then spits the left overs out!! Now, thats what I call being dedicated to your job. Suggestion, is there s way thst when you or a helper has to dig or anything,could you record start to finish please? I believe some of us other DA fans would love to see how exactly how the problem is corrected. Thanks

have you yet encountered or worked with inliner repaired pipes it presumably has at least a 15 year lifespan against roots and similar stuff and a smooth surface against algee, fat and calcite deposits this newer mehod where they put a resin drenched hose made of fabric with some plastic foil into the pipe, blow it up with compressed air and then harden it by pumping in hot whater makeing a pipe within the pipe for example in a rusted out leaky steel pipe and in a clay pipe thats saturated with root caused cracks and rooots broken through the seams of the segments is it something good to have concrete manholes with a good lid instead of those litte maintainance pipes you often need to work with i want to make your job easier in case it needs to be done and i want to builsd it all oversized to handle higher capacities and have a hard time to clogg im going to build/rebuild a house in the near future , i was in a technical collage for mechanical engineering and learned this stupid bernoully stuff a few years ago also is it preferable to have floating whater in the pipes to clean away dirt, i could dain a small spring on my property into my drain , then no sewage can collect and clogg It has like 0,3 liters per second volume also id use larger piping, 20mm plastic piping for all drains and the usual 1meter round manhole do you know what angle the pipes need to have, to have the right flow speed to not clogg with the viscosity of sewage? i plan on makeing as much of the house myself including digging out the space for the basement and the foundation helping on prepping and pouring the foundation and the concrete walls, makeing the plumbing and most electronics, makeing the brick walls, insulating it , building the chimney and wood oven, getting the roof structurally made and lay the rooftiles myself
