@@DrainAddict Ollie, I had a jetter do my front storm water drain that leads straight from the gutter to the down pipe off the roof, on a 1 story house.. the kid who did the jetting was in his early to mid twenties, and really wanted to do it in a hurry. One problem though, he was not listening to me warning him about the 40 foot tall "Grevillia Robusta", straight in line with, and on top of the PVC pipe, obviously destroying the pipe. The kid was going full speed, full jetting power with a brand new root cutting head and blue hose! When he got to where the tree trunk was, he got his hose caught. He then, like you sent up a second hose and BANG, caught it up as well. He spent 4 hours trying to get the hoses out, but only managed to get the second older one out. (No camera). The next day he came around and dug a hole just before the tree to get the brand new hose and jetter head out, and after 2 hours of trying to get them out he gave up and cut the hose where it was stuck, fallen down the cracked, crushed PVC pipe, wedged under the bloody tree that the Department Of Housing refuses to remove! Ollie, he had to re-lay a new storm water drain from the down pipe to just inside the property. I watched this kid lay the pipe. The new storm water pipe from the down pipe has FOUR 90° elbow joints! (Pipe is now in the shape as a question mark! ). Surely that will be a nightmare for the next "Drain Addict", right? I would really like an unbiased opinion from you, a professional jetter. If you want a free root cutting head, look me up, I know exactly where it is! 😉👍
