Yes. My Mom was codependent and my Father was emotionally unavailable and physically abusive. I carried this trauma into an abusive marriage. I self sabotage. I didn't understand how to heaI the core root chakra and also the sacral chakra wounds. I definitely feel like a generational curse breaker.

Yes! Anxiety and panic attacks when I feel abandoned. Also, moved many times as a small child. 6 different elementary schools in 3 different states by 4th grade due to father's career aspirations. Then just when we got stable, they moved me again to another state my senior year. It had no affect on me academically as I was always a top student but it shattered my internal stability and security. Definitely created co-dependence, weak boundaries and over giving issues I've had to work hard to address. Thankfully, my own 25 year career as a department head in a male dominated industry allowed me to get an early start on some of those challenges. Thank you for your readings, products and insights. Since you mentioned this in another podcast a while ago it already resonated. Being firmly rooted is a must for us lightworkers/empaths. It is rather silly of me not to have noticed this before. Back in the nineties I did Tajiquan on a daily basis and in my memory I was always, what I’d call, in between. A sense of being in a constant tranquil state and acting always on my intuition. However things happen and you have to have certain experiences on your path. Since you mentioned it before I meditated on it, sending reiki to my root chakra which I instantly felt in my heart chakra though there is some mess to be cleared I’m sure it will help staying in my own energy instead of losing it or talking others mess with me.
