My school teacher's use to use that hold on me to calm me down or break up fights i know that hold its the basket hold for small kids my school used it alot.

Yes I know that hold very common the one were the teacher stands behind and some how sits on you with both arms crossed out in front of the chest

I took a CPI class we were on the same hold, but it was with the person standing and we learned the team control position

I remember that hold from what I remember staff can hold you using their legs with arms crossed out this different because your meant to sit down with the child if I remember.
