It's certainly solid, probably 5/16" plate is the thinnest bit (apart from the sheet metal cab).

Thanks for the video. Lots of little problems to solve. which is great news, Hopefully the clutch lever falls into that category as well.

@@bobm6016 thanks! Hoping it's little wins all the way, I really want to see if it drives 😁

Great machine you've got there, couple of things, is the accelerator cable routing correct as it looks like a very tight bend where the cable goes into the manifold bracket which could be wearing the cable and you mentioned how small the seating position was in the cab, would there be any advantage to raising the drivers seat up so the driving position is more upright relative to the controls (maybe some bolt in spacers under the seat?).

@@stevehill4615 hi, thanks it's very ugly though! Well spotted on the cable; I'm pretty sure it is correct, there's not a lot of space between the bulkhead and the manifold and the pedal and butterfly are directly in line with each other. I have an original parts list which I will check. As for the seating, I'll have to experiment, the cab will come off as it is in a bad way, so that'll give us headroom to allow the seat to be raised 👍
