Another great video. I think Chap's optic was more of a hindrance than a help. It was so high above the boreline and the stock, I really didn't see that he even had a solid jaw contact with the stock!
@BlokeontheRange2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! As long as there's *some* contact, you're good to go, but it's really, really very high indeed....
@thebotrchap2 жыл бұрын
There is very little but oddly it doesn’t matter, I have no problem making the hits and the dot definitely allows me to get on target faster than with irons. Note that Ian had no issue with the bore offset on the VTAC. The failure there was purely my lack of experience. If it was a hindrance they wouldn’t have gone to immense trouble to make the complex optics top cover for service rifles expected to fire in even more unconventional environments (little vid about that soon).

I'm feeling for the chap with those helpful mags. I'm sure with my 'immense stamina' I'd land one of those 15kg bags at the third round to the wall and hitting myself in the face as the bags magically increase their weight. I wonder if Ian will also choose that 3 km running extreme variant since he does like to run. I'd so like to see Russ at a Finnish Brutality for once...out of the desert and into the cold but instead he gets court BS. All well without any injuries since you go even harder in Finland?

Chap has an alcohol tolerance that's good or better than you Bloke? (Family advantage due to being vineyard or orchard owners making fermented beverages and distilled spirits over the years?)

3k run after each stage? Well i guess you need to do that in gear and cross country. Does the time count too, or is is it a "done or penalty" thing? Anyway, it sounds to me like something for real masochists. (_masochist division_ 😉) (With the addittional little mindgame of: you could choose trail running shoes for nice running but severely risk injuring your ankles with the ammount of fatigue that will happen, or use propper hiking or mil boots to protect your ankles but make running suck even more...) You and everybody starting in that division already have my pity.
