A little late to this video, but man, I’m glad to see someone’s still making high-effort videos on Sons of The Forest. It feels like just about everyone has just dropped the game entirely. I still adore the game, and it’s very refreshing to see someone making long-form, good vibe videos that don’t feel like speedruns of the game. Love to see you taking your time and just enjoying the game organically. I hope you keep it up!

The head on a stick reminds me, the cannibals use them as territory markers. You can make your own to put around the base, so remember to save some heads. Actually you can put the glider in your inventory (possibly the unicycle also).

Contrary to your intuition, fly the glider into the ground to end your flight and don't worry about your speed when you do it. Just about any other way of getting off the glider results in fall damage. In the real world, bull moose and buck deer become extremely aggressive and territorial and dangerous during the fall mating season. Whether or not that has been implemented in the game is hard to say, but it does seem the moose are more aggressive sometimes more than others. I approve of your production choice to add reverb/echo to your commentary when inside a cave. It really enhances the immersive feeling.

I've watched a few different playthroughs of this game and I swear I've never even seen moose in any but yours--I'm fairly certain at this point that they only exist in your game to torment you personally. Also, thanks for making long-form videos on this game! I love seeing the minor moments of survival games like inventory and food management, and I especially appreciate the building montages :)

the stun baton and tazer are best used with the big fast nasties so you can either run away or get some hits in before it recovers. BTW. Leg shots work very well against most enemies.
