I always classify platelets as white cell fragments, they derive from large cells called megakaryocytic.

Are (platelets)thrompocytes belong to white blood cells?
@sarahcostinas5 жыл бұрын
No! They are totally different! Leukocytes are the white cells with immunity function and the platelets are cell fragments with coagulation role.
