I follow you pretty regularly, and think that this series of series for each team is a great idea! That said, wouldn't it be more helpful to new players if you talked through more of your decision making process and overall strategy, especially as it relates to the particular race you're playing? This video ended up being basically the same as your usual streams, wherein you often outline your plan for the turn and occasionally explain a key concept, especially when asked about it, but it didn't quite seem to serve its purpose as a teaching tool to pair with the team guides. Just my two cents!

Fouling on 16 only makes sense in an enclosed environment when weaking a team long form has an impact on the league.

i think you under estimate just how many eternal league players there were in bb2. and if they make the ai better it would bring more people over to bb3 in my opinion

Great to see that the chat is no longer stopping me from seeing the full match like it previously did on BB2, however the new graphics are really meh.. 😮‍💨 And that is from a long time youtuber viewer. Did I win some of those dice you mentioned?..?.....?.......

Make it a 17+ on the D16. only achievable with niggles and decay :) But undead teams need a new mechanic to raise the dead if that happens.

It's a shame you get a timeout for conceding. Why give the option if you're going to punish players for using it?

So is it better to start in defense with dark elves ? why ? I see everywhere that if I can, I should choose attack first in general

Andy can answer on his own, but the general rule is this. Elves can score with less than a full 11 players. High mobility and agility allow this. It is harder to play defense when you are down players. So playing defense first gives you the best chance of taking the ball off them and allowing you to dictate the pace of the game.

I disagree with your single player view. If the AI was actually semi-competent, I argue that there would basically be no difference between a competition vs AI and a human opponent. There is basically no communication or any interactions of any kind between most players.

No. I play Chess, I play Go. Playing an AI is not like playing a human. Never. Even if the AI is as strong or stronger than a human. I can explain it further if there is interest for it.

@@sr.lombard5828 ok, Humans look at games with a history. Any position we play we see in context of what has happened in the turns so far. Bots dont do that as much. So with bots it is just a tacktical clash, we will not be telling a story together. Once the bots get strong, humans must aply anto bot strategy to get a chance but these will be nothing like playing a game against humans. Recently the Go comunity saw the problems of ultra strong bots which could be still beaty by crappy play that just worked against those bots. If strong bots try to play weaker, its still not human, the can immitate our mistakes but they cant have the same stupidity we tend to have. We suffer from fear, courage, all sorts of emotions they recently do not share. and the game feels completely different.
