Can someone tell me what is the difference between the maps frozen forest and road to Smolensk?

Frozen Forrest is square and has 2 ruins, it is also a map that’s not based on any specific battle. Smolensk has 4 ruins, howitzer and cannon, and it’s rectangular but Smolensk is based on the battle of Smolensk
