I have a theory that a sure hit for blood manipulation would be controlling someone else’s blood, IE you can just drain someone who isn’t using a simple domain or RCT dry almost instantly and you can apply that weird blood manipulation healing to other people. I would also like it if Yuji found a way to reshape people’s bodies with blood manipulation so he could basically get a scuffed version of Mahito’s technique that he uses to heal other people. I’ll also say that controlling the shape of his own blood would let Yuji survive a world cleave since he could just pull his body back together. Imagine Sukuna cutting Yuji in half only for him to glorp back together instantly and keep punching.

I think the biggest reason why Blood manipulation isn't a full replacement for creation is that Creation uses a ton of energy to make something but doesn't require the user to maintain its shape afterwards. Blood manipulation's creation doesn't require nearly as much energy to create but needs the user to focus on holding onto the shape of the object.

I dont think people realize how goated choso was for helping yuji visualize cursed energy coursing through his veins is. If something like this sounds familiar it should, because it is LITERALLY the same technique sukuna uses to keep his blood running without a heart. Gege js cooking with the similarities of power between sukuna and yuji and i dont see enough hype for it. The only person we can compare feats with sukuna and yuji IS sukuna and yuji themselves. I imagine a blood manipulation domain sure hit being able to use blood manipulation on all domain targets' blood. Many domain expansions sure hits seem to be the normal technique's application with an extremely broadened targeting. Mahito, Sukuna, and Naoya's domains all take abilities that usually target either self or touch and broadened the targeting to all domain targets. Even Gojo's domain applies the limitless in it's most abstract form (creating infinities) directly on the target's brain instead of targeting space like it normally does. This would make a blood manipulation domain have insane potential. not only could you poison, control or explode anyone not protecting themselves from the sure hit, hypothetically an extremely skilled user could use flowing red scale or healing on their allies. (That would probably take Gojo level talent tho because everyone has different bodies and Gege likes to become a biology professor as soon as someone starts using blood manipulation.)

I honestly believe the reversal of blood manipulation is some type of healing. I believe this for a couple reasons. You also touched on some a little which I’ll expand on a little more. First and foremost we are shown earlier on RCT is really hard to teach, or put into words. This was stated by shoko, via gojo, and then gojo himself. It was also hinted at by ryu and uro how hard or impressive it is to heal entire limbs with RCT. Then like you showed, we saw Choso, who was stated by yuji to be a terrible teacher, explaining to yuji how to use his blood to heal, rather easily I might add. This was also the first time we got any real explanation to “RCT” on how to use it besides multiplying CE with CE to make positive energy. The application of it to heal after that was never explained. The student Norotoshi Kamo also stated earlier on in the series the negative side effect of blood manipulation is the fact first ideally you have to be injured but also you lose more and more blood over time. In my opinion it only makes sense for the RCT or reversal of blood manipulation then would be using said blood to recover your body. So a more enhanced version of basic RCT. With it being the reversal it means you funnel that positive energy into your technique to make the reversal. To me that seems not only most logical, but would also do as you said by making it more efficient CE use. The funnel would allow you to use less to be say activate your reversal which might be really strong. To incorporate your idea by stating we just haven’t really seen the true strengths of blood manipulation. I think the ability to heal even better than gojo or sukuna or maybe even on par with hakari could be the pinnacle of blood manipulation. To go even one step further, it could be even stronger offensive techniques like you said with true blood bending such as other people’s. I could see it working, but maybe only by touching them like sukuna’s cleave. It would go well with my theory becuase if healing is the reversal of Blood manipulation, the. He could also touch people to heal them, which maybe could be better than the normal output you could use that was stated by sukuna. It would align really well with yuji’s character to be able to heal others. It would also be really nice for him maybe at the end of the series. He’s seen so many people die in front of him being able to heal with his reversal at the highest capacity in the series would just be a true tear jerking scene. Plus he’d truly be able to heal all wounds like todo’s hand or next time nobara’s eye. To be honest we have yet to see yuji soul swap with anyone in the fight. We haven’t really seen any more further abilities from all of the other death painting wombs he ate. We haven’t actually seen why Ui Ui is collecting the severely injured or dead. Yuji himself right now has a full hand of cards I think most of us forgot about. I truly think Gege is cooking up something devious for us. We are all speculating and I’m sure majority of us will get it wrong per usual. I honestly hope with how many different ways gege could go with this, it’s not just a true “recognization” of yuji’s ability to hit black flashes at will. I hope he gets that then basically everything kenjaku set up, comes to the light. I hope every technique inside his body, via eating, or residing, all awaken at once. I hope he manifest sukuna’s ability, we see every rendition of blood manipulation from the death painting wombs residing inside him, and we see him get the ability of hitting a black flash at will. (Side note before I forget on that topic, anyone else notice how much they use gojo’s word on cursed energy and things like that. He’s always the one who’s been explaining how things are or how they work. It has happened all through jjk but rather a lot since he died. I think it’s foreshadowing of him saying yuji would get sukuna’s technique, but I think it was based off his true CT, not cleave and dismantle.

i dont necessarily think this is going to happen with this specific awakening, but if yuji ever gets a domain, it would be really cool to see the first ever support type domain, where yuji could use blood manipulation and soul manipulation to continuously heal allies, and as a trade off for having no guaranteed hit, it can be applied to other domains without butting against them, providing a buff to someone else's domain. yuji's soul knowledge could potentially allow him to paint the innate domain aspect of a DE on top of someone else's innate domain without conflict, and a DE that only works with others is the biggest ever middle finger to mahito's misanthropy and sukuna's self centered hedonism

What if by getting your blood into your opponent you can stop them from moving for a short period like when inumaki says stop. And you can also just explode the blood inside their body at will like muzan it would be fatal to anyone without rct so makes yuji strong but not op. In that way it’s like a better version of cursed speech. Just with stop and explode. And with blood manipulation making rct more effecient and giving yuji access to more blood i can see it on a tier below the full potential of the other big 3 techniques, unless the domain expansion is just insane like if it was enforced in a binding vow where the barrier is made from the blood of the user making it impenetrable from both inside and outside and if you don’t have enough blood it will end you.

I think the reason Blood Manipulation is so highly regarded in the verse is because of how little the drawbacks are compared to the other 2 Inherited CT. The Limitless needs the Six Eyes to be used efficiently, and the TS can only be useful if you have tamed those Shikigami, and once they're dead you can't use them anymore aside from Totality. Blood Manipulation on the other hand just needs you to either have good control of your blood, be able to use RCT, or bring blood packs. Unlike Limitless you don't need a secondary inherited trait and unlike the TS, once you run out of usable blood, you can just get more

Each one of them is aiming at a different part of your body. Unless you're an absolute tank you are not surviving this. Unless you're Gojo or Sukuna, the chances of dodging this are pretty slim and even for them blocking it would be very dangerous. So what I'm tryna say is: When it comes to how far it cant go, it's definitely not nearly as far as the likes of the Limitless or the 10S, but it's a much easier technique to utilize and is way more accessible. Also extremely deadly when used by several people at once.
