For the Mystic Troll: We always play with a variant from BGG that actually makes him a “Mystic”. Since we always play with the Mystics expansion anyways, the Mystic Troll gets a bit of a boost this way. Flavour wise it fits the theme perfectly as well. Try it out and see for yourself!

I know a lot of people asked before but is there any way now to buy the monsters and to buy them at a reasonable price?

The Wildboar clan in theory don't allow you to play with more players. But if you have the Mystics expansion and the extra monsters from KS, but not the 5th player expansion, it's posible to adapt the game to play with 5 players. All you have to do is to give players 7 cards instead of 8 (they still keep 6, discarting only 1 instead of 2). Also, while the tokens don't change the rules in anyway, they add something to gameplay experience (besides the aesthetical aspect, of corse): It's MUCH easier to see what province is going to explode, how many rage each oponent have and where their stats are hehe And for the monsters, the Mountain Giant is way more powerful then it looks, and definatly one of the best monsters in the game. Leader upgrades are normaly not great, resulting in then don't being drafted, but when you have two leaders that can benefict from that they become verry powerful and you will probably be able to get them after you pick the Giant! And the Giant is not only a leader, but he's also a monster, what makes him imune to the Fire Giant and able to fight against the Wolfman. Also, as you said, he requires a initial investment, but later on he can invade for free! The Mystic Troll, on the other hand, may seem verry good, but in pratice he's not so useful. He's a great way of getting some strenght to the board over the cost of 2 rage, one upgrade action and one of your monsters slots and several more actions to get the other minis there for free... See where I'm getting with this? He's most useful for those players who suffered a huge loss and can't afford too much rage to recover from that. But if you expect to suffer such a loss, then you are drafting wrong! And you can't forget that people may try to batle with you where the troll is (as you will need open spaces to make use of his ability), forcing you to eighter enter a fight you can't posibly win (resulting in the troll dying) or to spend an action and rage to move the troll somewhere else, wich must be somewhere with at least 2 open spaces, one for the troll and another to bring someone for free later (of corse you can always bring a drakkar). Keep in mind that free spaces are not common on the third era, where the troll appears...

The question is: Are any/all of these going to finally become available to buy after some period of time so we don't have to pay stupid amounts of money for them on ebay?

+John Keel good question John, but you're not going to like the answer. Unfortunately CMON have made it very clear they will never make kickstarter exclusives available in retail. So stupid amounts is the only way (and was how I got them)

+Toucan Play that Game Yeah, that was what I was expecting but couldn't hurt to ask. I wonder if they do an expansion in the future on KS if they'll offer them up as extras then? I guess time will tell. Thanks for the overview on what all of them are and how they effect the game!

+John Keel again bad news, based on all other games they have done they will not offer previous KS exclusives during a kickstarter, but they would of course have new ones. Also Eric Lang has said he has no intention of ever doing anything more for Blood Rage, but fingers crossed that will change.

I do, but I paid a huge amount of money for them and still love the game so have no interest in selling them, sorry. They tend to come up occasionaly on Ebay, but they are not cheap.
