Simply frying sliced cabbage in a little gram fresh butter and a bit of salt is absolutely divine. My Blood Glucose is always a tiny lower after eating my favourite dish. So simple!

It was not a quick 5 minute recipe like you described it to be, but it did look delicious in the end. I was thinking as I watched it, how I use to peel my own tomatoes like that, and go the extra mile to make meals look delicious. Now that my kids are grown and I'm a widow and alone, I don't bother to for just myself. I miss that, so thanks for the video!

I put premade cabbage salads mixes in my lunch or dinner wraps instead of lettuce or with lettuce. Cabbage is the broom of veggies for the gut.

Lord a mercy... by the time she was done preparing, I was exhausted, I've about starved to death and gone on Social Security. By the time I make this at home, I'll be dead from high blood pressure caused by the lengthy process. I'll just throw some of these ingredients, minus the (salt, vegetable oil, and yogurt) in a big pan boil, then eat them as is.

Please make a condensed video. Shred cabbage = 5-10 seconds to show how. Chop onion = 5-10 seconds to show how. Chop garlic = 5-10 seconds to show how. I could not watch anymore I'm sorry the video is too long. EDIT. Make one video for someone that has never been in the kitchen except to boil water. And another video for someone that HAS been in a kitchen before. We can always pause or slow the speed. Thank you. Sorry, but this was even too slow on high speed.
