I started watching your videos over other channels specifically because yours are usually over 10 minutes long, so YES to longer videos for sure! Plus with the newer youtube video ratings system, the longer people stay on your channel, the more distribution your channel gets.

If you guys do decide to do more Bloodborne there's a really useful skill you guys should know about. The gun isn't really meant to be used as a gun in this game. Rather it's meant to act like a parry. If you shoot an enemy right as he's attacking and before he manages to hit you it will stun the enemy, leaving them open for a special counter. You can actually see this around 28:00 as Neebs say's "He's down".

This game is so much fun. Tip for killing most things: shoot just before they attack and they'll be stunned. Get close, press R1 and you'll do a special attack. If you want you can knock that guy off the building. After killing him spawn back in and pick up his loot at the top where originally was

If you ignore the 2 hunters in this area (the guy on top and his friend below) and kill the Darkbeast Paarl boss after being kidnapped you can open a door leading into this area and if you just run past all the enemies without killing them, you can climb up the ladder and you can actually talk to him, he won't be attacking you. He will give you a pretty useful item, I believe it's a Caryll Rune.

I would love to see a full playthrough. Just use counter shots and strong attacks more. Also, the guy with the gatling gun can become friendly and give you an item (which makes his melee weapon available for purchase) and a gesture if you get to the tower he's on without him seeing you. The best way to do that is wearing the Black Church Garb and teleport to the Darkbeast Graveyard or the Church of the Good Chalice. It's easier to kill him if you just want the badge, though.

Hell you could play Pac-man and I'd watch. Now as far as that boss you could try A) molotov B) try to push him near an end you want,like the one you came up, by dodging until he gets close to it. Use the gun to stun him and use swift attack, gun, swift attack, repeat until he falls. Then wait at the ladder. Not sure if any of that will work, I'm just going off games I've played that were similar.
