So many people now have too much iron in the nosy and this is a great way to help with that .
@yourthoughtssuck4 ай бұрын
Isn't concentration of iron a factor of amount of iron per volume of blood? Wouldn't removing blood along with the iron maintain the same concentration of (mole Fe)/(L blood) thus not really doing anything?

We do it here in the Philippines to get the rabies out of a patient's body especially if it is actually in a worse condition. Even to get the venom out of your body if biten by a snake. wet cupping is really effective if used correctly, but still do it with sanitation to prevent infection. If blood comes out of your body your blood pressure lessens and you feel sleepy and tired. That's why it is used to maintain blood pressure in your body.

Great video, thanks, but I'd really like to see/hear at least some explanation of needling the legs themselves. All we see is a fuzzyish image, with the camera basically above his hand, which is covering the needle, so we can't see most of it. No explanation about depth, angle, speed, how to needle, etc, which is what I think most people are here for-the puncturing technique itself. In any case, thanks for the otherwise very informative video, there are not many on YT on this topic!

Good video but I recommend blood cupping and Hijama which is safer than blood letting.
@Kamadev888 Жыл бұрын
Tung's bloodletting is extremely effective, and it's very safe if done properly. Also, cupping is part of TCM too, when you need to take blood from the back.
@HK00088 Жыл бұрын
@@Kamadev888 cupping is slightly different than blood letting. With blood letting the blood keeps flowing. Cupping is a slow process it’s much safer

How is blood…that’s in a vein… going to be come more clear and clear? It’s never going to be clear. Probably the most unsafe practice around. I give free testicular kicks on Wednesdays.. really stimulates the growth of your finger nails and becomes more clear and clear as you attend regularly. Very safe practice. I assure.

HAHAHAHAH bro your comment killed me 😂😂
@dryoannbirling8408 Жыл бұрын
Dear Chris, Thank you for your question. We tend to bleed veins in which there is stagnation. These veins will have blood that is much darker than normal veinous blood. As we let the blood come out, it becomes clearer and clearer until the blood becomes normal veinous blood colour. This means that the stagnant blood has been removed. Your skepticism is natural and a very positive thing. I was very skeptical when I started to learn in China. However, exposure to clinical practice provided me with great confidence in some (not all) Chinese medicine theories and practices.

What is the acupunture point in the leg?
@yoannbirling3844 Жыл бұрын
In the leg we tend to do blood-letting on veins, so it does not necessarily on a specific point. We generally do it on the bladder channel, as it is abundant in blood and scarce in qi. BL 40 can be bled wet-cupped as well
@lnteIIigence2 жыл бұрын
That just looks painful, at least on the legs...
@yoannbirling3844 Жыл бұрын
Hi Svnny, pain is almost always involved in bloodletting techniques. However, if performed by a trained clinician, the pain is generally very quick and the patient sometimes does not even feel the needle. In general, the pain with bloodletting is much less than the one associated with blood collection for haematologic test for example.

Dear Christopher Smith. Thank you for watching the video. Quackery does exist in complementary/alternative medicine. I have always been strongly against any form of quackery, within conventional and complementary/alternative medicine. The techniques presented in this video were developed by doctors working in hospitals in China and were tested in clinical trials. Bloodletting is an integral part of Chinese medicine practice and is recognised in many countries. I am very curious to know why you thing the material presented in this video has something to do with quack medicine. Thank you, Yoann

@@yoannbirling3844Hello there. I can't speak for others but I assumed it because at one point you're talking about hot and cold. And myself, coming from UK, I only know that to come from very old fashioned medicine practices which are proven to be nonsense in most areas. For example. You let out a tiny tiny bit of blood on that ear. In fact squeezed it out, it would have bled even less without squeezing. You say the colour determines hot or cold. To most of us not educated in Chinese medicine... That DOES mean nothing to us. It sounds like you're talking about the old fashioned humours. Blood, bile, etc. Which is often why bloodletting was done. I accept I know little of what you've trained to do I just explaining why some of us just don't see the point. Either BLEEED the girl properly 😂 or just don't bother. I don't see how this benefits in most cases. However I'm here because I find it interesting. Take care food sir :) Greetings from the UK

Ancient doctors used to do that for a reason. It may not work on everything, but if the ailment caused by accumulation of too much iron it should certainly work. Some people claim health improvement after blood donation. Pricking ear or finger most likely does nothing other than placebo effect
