Hey ryan. Question. I sometimes have a verry coarse finish after spraying a big even serface in the autoair paint. Any tips or tricks? Im using an airbrush. Not a gun.

First off..., “YOU” are a 🤩MAGNIFICENT ARTIST 🤩... I absolutely and thoroughly enjoy, to the hilt, your attitude, heart, extremely informative and candid videos!! Thank you for freely and generously sharing your years of skills, tips, tricks and helping the world to be a better place 🌺👍🌺 I am very new to airbrushing. I’ve been wanting to try it so that I can embellish my fluid art as well as my traditional paintings (backgrounds and some details). I use water based acrylics from a tube (masters touch, liquitex, liquitex basics, golden, etc.) for my all of art. I purchased a run of the mill airbrush system, (with my birthday money 👍 woot woot!) two types of brush feeds, (what I could afford) watched your videos on how to clean, tweak, care for the equipment and your extra tips helped me make the guns way better than just out of the box. I did purchase quite a few of golden’s flow acrylics as well as high flow in both transparent and opaque (with airbrushing in mind) last year when a favorite art shop closed (jerks) 😕 I tried your brew of cleaner/thinner as well as some others and they worked great for most of the flow and high flow acrylics except the smell and the consistency was an issue due to the chemical make up of paints, in general, tube vs liquid, brands, additives etc...(chemistry 101)😬. I have no desire to do automotive aspects, just strictly water based acrylics on wood and canvas substrates.....Long story even longer 🙄, “is” there a cheap acrylic water based airbrush paint to “get the feel” of what I’m doing so that I don’t keep wasting the expensive stuff? I’ve “googled” until my eyes have crossed and found nothing but contradictions and bullshitery 🤬I don’t even know if you’ve come across these questions but, if you have any inside information, it would be greatly appreciated 👍😊. P.S. I would love to do a “pour” for you in the colors and technique of your choice for you to “embellish” at your leisure and discretion as I know it would be 🤩AMAZEBALLS🤩👍👍👍. I hesitate to recommend something I've never personally used.. but I have been meaning to go to my local wallmart to pick some cheap paints and see what I can do with them.... just to busy to make that happen right now.. the best advice I can give at this moment is to do test panels and see the results for yourself.
