For Abaddon ... there is an easier way to get behind him and is more sexy ... get ice for Albert ... freeze him ... then you just jump on top of him and move behind him .... less mana cost and very elegant :))

Gremory seriously should've been nerfed, but instead she(?) was BUFFED in this game. Her damage seems higher than the first game, she has a new attack, and her locust swarm is unblockable. If I recall, in the first game you could use Alfred's Fire Shield to just walk right through the locusts/bats/debris, but that's no longer the case. Also she hits WAY too hard for a non-final boss. She's the final boss of exactly zero modes, so I don't get why she hits so damn hard.

I thought “Abbadon” was Beelzebub. I might be wrong, but I remembered the wiki calling it Beelzebub. This was fairly soon after release tho- so it might have been changed Update: The Wiki now reads Abbadon. I don’t PERSONALLY agree with that but it’s there :/

I love this game, but I hate the Gremory fight in it. It just doesn’t have the same “HELL YEAH!” Factor her other fights have. She was kinda lame in this game :/

That boss rush mode is disturbingly lacking... where's the spaceship stage boss, or the Sariel as he is fought by Zangetsu solo?

The solo version of Sariel may not be present in this mode, but there is another harder version of Sariel exclusive to the Boss Rush mode. Check out my other Boss Rush video on Hard Mode if you want to see that version in action.

Why does Abaddon gets renamed to Mephisto when you fight him a second time ? He should be Abaddon v2.0 because of Dominique inside him lol

It's not the same boss. Mephisto is basically Abaddon's master. At the end of episode 1, Mephisto is actually the one who impales Abaddon.

MetalSmasherGaming Really. I thought Abbadon was just some demon who had snagged the Demon’s Crown (which belonged to Mephisto) and attempted to use its power for himself, only for him to end up not using it properly and resulted in Mephisto subsequently killing him for taking it.

MetalSmasherGaming The only things we know for certain are that Abbadon having the crown caught the attention of Zangetsu and Dominique, and that Mephisto definitely has some substantial status as far as demons go, especially since there are statues of him throughout the castle in Ritual. And that Gremory has cemented herself as Bloodstained’s equivalent to Death from Castlevania
