Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon - All Bosses (Ultimate, No Damage)

And so... The last video with this game's bosses from me. Ultimate mode, Zangetsu only. No subweapons - they are not needed at all with Zanetsu's abilities in this mode. First I only wanted to record Gremory (final boss) since he is the only one whose harder version is not present in Nightmare mode. But at some point I decided to record other bosses as well - at the very least to have my revenge for failed tries in other modes. Enjoy and thanks for watching!

Same! Also Bathin is rumored to be as powerful as he is educated, valuing secrets, knowledge, minerals and rare herbs over all. He's also rumored to do Astral projections. Seeing him reading a library is a fine touch, and his Desperate attack looks so cool!

Sure, Miriam uses a whip in CoTM But there's more parallels to be drawn between zangetsu and the Belmonts He's cursed like Simon His sword is dedicated to killing Gremory, like the vampire killer with dracula and vampires And its implied there were previous wielders of the zangetsuto if you check its description in RoTN.

In ROTN, he treats Miriam the same way that Julius treated Soma in Aria of Sorrow. Think about it; both Julius and Zangetsu attempted to strike down the main character because they possessed some sort of evil within them, but eventually became their friend

Wow... Zangetsu gets so OP in his "Ultimate Form" ( yes... from the Megaman Zero series) but also seems like a lot of fun playing with him like that

Well done. I didn't realize this my first time through ultimate mode (mainly because the game never tells you about it.) but, you can charge your attack for massive damage and it makes this mode pretty easy. Especially the second phase of the final boss as you can hit it with the charge attack during a double jump. Really make it a quick fight. You can also destroy the 'purple door' on the seventh stage with the charge attack.

So for the final boss, on the first phase did you get lucky to where you were able to keep returning to that platform safely or is there some trick to make her do that?

No luck there. Boss homes on your position after choosing the attack type (green or purple orbs). So just wait below until boss starts moving and jump to the platform.

ArekTheAbsolute Well hell, I'll have to try this. I went through Ultimate without too much trouble but this boss has been wrecking me since I couldn't find a good way to avoid the orbs on the first phase and ended up with too little health to practice the second phase. Much appreciated, and to the author of the video as well.

You Don't Say? Nope, I'm able to get through the first phase without getting hit now with this method. The key is waiting until she moves after her hands glow with the orb color. She'll rise slightly and that's when you're safe to move and she's locked on to your position. It's not just after her hands glow, it's after her she physically moves. Once you get it down it's pretty flawless.

I think it's weird that Bathin isn't the third to last boss who is a direct reference to the common mispronounced Elizabeth Bathory (pronounced Bout-ery) who not only had "Bath" in her name but was reported to have bathed in the blood of her victims in a foolish attempt to stay young.

Suphachok Hassadee well if you don't kill or recruit Miriam, Alfred or Gebel there are 2 changes 1 the name of Stage 8 changes from Curse the Moon to Cleave the Moon 2 the music of the ending is more upbeat and you get Fin instead of The End You should try it for yourself I did it in Ultimate mode because of already having all the skills of Zangetsu in Ultimate mode
