Biskvit:
2 jaja
300g brašna
100g kakaa
300g šećera
Pola p.z.p.
250ml mlijeka
125 ml ulja
250ml vruće vode
Suhe sastojke prosijati. U posudu staviti 2 jaja i dodavati tekuće sastojke, osim vode. Vodu i suhe sastojke postepeno i naizmjenično dodavati zajedno. Smjesu za biskvit prepoloviti na 2 dijela i svaki dio peći u kalupu za torte na 180°C 25minuta, oba pećena biskvita prerezati na dva dijela.
Vanilin krema:
1l mlijeka
150g šećera
2 vanilin šećera
1 žlica arome vanilije
3 pudinga od vanilije
125g maslaca
Skuhati puding, pa u ohlađen dodati maslac.
Berry krema:
750g šumskog voća
150g šećera
1 vanilin šećer
100g gustina
7 žlica hladne vode
50g maslaca
Voće kuhati sa šećerom, dodati pripremljeni gustin, malo kuhati, prohladiti da nije vruća i dodati maslac.
Slagati:
1. Kora
2. Berry krema
3. Vanilin krema
Ponavljati postupak 3x i završiti sa biskvitom
Dekoracija:
500ml vrhnja za šlag

Biscuit:
300g of flour
2 eggs
100g of cocoa
300g of sugar

250ml of hot water
Sift the dry ingredients. Put 2 eggs in the bowl and add liquid ingredients, except water. Add water and dry ingredients together gradually and alternately. Cut the biscuit mixture in half into 2 parts and bake each part in a cake mold at 180°C for 25 minutes, cut both baked biscuits into two parts.
Vanilla cream:
1 liter of milk
150g of sugar
2 vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla flavoring
3 vanilla puddings
125g of butter
Cook the pudding, then add butter to the cooled pudding.
Berry cream:
750g of forest fruit
150g of sugar
1 vanilla sugar
100g density
7 tablespoons of cold water
50g of butter
Boil the fruit with sugar, add the prepared stock, cook a little, cool it so that it is not hot and add butter.
Stack:
1. The bark
2. Berry cream
3. Vanilla cream
Repeat the process 3 times and finish with the biscuit
Decoration:
500 ml of cream for whipping cream
