Bloody Sunday a massacre of innocents despite DPP decision - O'Neill

Sinn Féin deputy leader Michelle O'Neill commends the dignity and determination of the Bloody Sunday families and said that the decision to prosecute just one soldier does not change the fact that Bloody Sunday was a massacre of innocents.
