None of them have any flaws at all. In my personal opinion, I prefer the MAX model because it has a decent amount of specs with an extra margin if needed. I bought the MAX because I didn't need that much extra of a performance that was provided in the pro version. Although the pro model has a little bit better CPI, IPS, fps, and acceleration; if you need it for extra precision editing or something like that then go ahead buy the pro model because extra never hurt somebody. If you still need any help then let me know your use requirements so I can narrow it down for you.
