@@business How does the economics of Ashlee Vance's great documentaries even work? Like these documentaries ain't cheap, and the KZbin viewership numbers aren't that high. How is it sustainable? Will the great content go behind the Bloomberg's KZbin paywall at some point?

FYI: Masten Mission One would have been Masten's first space flight; it was scheduled for launch in November 2023. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in July 2022, and was later acquired by Astrobotic Technology in September 2022.

Very interested of this Tech, really. The road you drove reminds me my trip in USA - from Sacramento to Dallas july 2001. Long time ago but I remember the enormous desert. My first experience to explore desert. Very amazing when we drove pass the board stying DEAD VAlley. We did stop at RENO too. Thank you for the documentary video.

Not sure how Mr Straubel could not mention Alan Cocconi when he is claiming his lithium battery and Roadster involvement. Alan designed the GM EV-1 motor drive system. In around 2003 I watched him do 0-60 in about 4 seconds in front of a house in Santa Monica in a car very similar to the roadster. It was on the day he introduced his Scion gas car conversion. Alan used lithium laptop batteries because none of us could get large format NiMh batteries due to patent siting by Chevrons puppet company. After Gm sold the Large format rights to Texaco U doubt another one was produced. They had the nerve to go to the shows and pretend to offer the batteries but No one could meet the minimum purchase quantity they demanded. So Alan put the 18650’s together in series and parallel and changed the world!

Meanwhile....India's vaccine diplomacy has reached 17 nations, including neighboring countries as well as those in West Asia, Africa and Latin America. The latest figures indicate that India has supplied 56 lakh (5.6 Million) doses of free Covid-19 vaccines as part of an international grant while another 1 crore doses have been shipped or flown out of the country commercially. Despite challenges, India has launched the world’s largest COVID-19 vaccination drive this month. Over the next few days, New Delhi plans to gift 5 lakh doses of coronavirus vaccines to CARICOM countries (Caribbean Community), and another 2 lakh doses each to Nicaragua and the Pacific Island states. In addition, India's commercial supply of Covid-19 vaccines is likely to make them available in Saudi Arabia, Canada and Mongolia among other nations. Commercial exports have already taken place to Brazil, Morocco, Bangladesh, South Africa, Egypt, Algeria, Kuwait and the UAE. India is already known as pharmacy of the world. It is the largest producer of generic medicines, accounting for 20 percent of their global production. It meets 62 percent of the global demand for vaccines. Since the coronavirus pandemic began, the country has been at the forefront of supplying medicines and generic drugs to others. India received requests from more than 100 countries for hydroxychloroquine (once thought to help treat COVID-19) and paracetamol (a painkiller), and sent supplies to Brazil, the United States, and Israel. By May 2020, India was spending $16 million on pharmaceuticals, test kits, and other medical equipment for about 90 countries. So much for credibility. Thanks for the 'Like'.
