Blooms of gratitude: celebrating our CGH Neighbours programme volunteers

The CGH Neighbours for Active Living (Neighbours) programme helps ensure that seniors with health and social care needs receive continued care in the community when they go home.
Since 2013, our Neighbours volunteers, together with our wellbeing coordinators, have dedicated their time to care for our seniors in the community, nurturing seniors’ wellbeing with love and compassion and making a profound impact on their lives.
