The insta-monkey for beating the b.a.d is randomized, but the insta-monkey for beating the reinforced b.a.d on round 200 is the tower that has the most pops but the upgrades are still random. So it could be a pre-emptive strike on a submarine that has the most pops but it could be a 3-0-2 Druid for beating round 100 but it would still be a submarine for round 200.
