So like, you start at a basic wizard, and then choose between an archmage, Phoenix guy, or necromancer 2: different things are better because they cost more. The best glue gunner costs 20,000. The best super monkey costs like 500,000 or something

Fun fact: the "Latex shaking in fear" line that the boomerang monkey has is a reference to the Paragon Upgrade's description. "The Bloons will look upon my glaives, and they will know fear". It's also the only time a non-hero tower speaks in the first person.

Its a tower defense game where you place down monkeys (towers) to defend against bloons that traverse on a specific path on the map trying to get to the end. You have a set amount of lifes and if those lifes are lost by bloons (balloons) making it to the end you lost. You can upgrade each monkey individually. Each monkey has three different paths. For example, you can upgrade the wizard monkey to be a necromancer, a phoenix summoner or an archmage. The individual monkeys you place down dont fight against eachother, they pop the bloons that come in various forms, each harder to pop than the last. M.O.A.B. means Mother Of All Bloons and is basically a big blue airship that spits out balloons when popped.

In Shwabadi's verse when he says "I'm Cody coded but flow like Tony I mop up" is a reference to Rustage's Isekai D&D, where Shwab plays a druid named Cody (and he's the druid monkey here) and Tekking's character's Tony, who uses a mop to fight.

There are too many references to upgrade names so here are all of them -Relentless glue -Deep freeze -Absolute zero -Cryo cannon -Permafrost -Arctic winds -Grapeshot -Pop and awe -The biggest one -Burny stuff -Heavey shells -Rapid reload -Ascended shadow -Poplust -Razor rotors -Sprockets -Overclock -Sun god Also there are more but they don't have the full upgrade name so i didn't mention them also the bloon chipper isnt in the latest game, which is btd6 the tower was in btd5 also I remember hearing that they didn't put the tower in the latest game because of balancing reasons but im not sure

To add on about Bloonchipper, I believe Kwite's "Still here in the mud, give you trench foot that leads to gout" line references Bloonchipper being on one of BTD6's maps stuck in the mud. I don't know for sure 'cause I haven't played it myself (i avidly played btd4, 5, and battles), but I saw some comments on the og video mentioning it.

The Monkey only fight Balloons, there are different types and the Waves of Enemies get stronger with Rounds increasing. Its not Pvp as u thought and it would honestly be a nightmare to balance lmao. Every monkey also has 3 upgrade paths which u need to pay for. They give you f.e Attack speed, Range, more damage, The ability to see Camouflaged bloons and more... You can also have as many Troops as you want to but the difficult part of the Game is this: managing your eceonomy to afford upgrades and different Monkeys, the ever increasing Waves of Balloons (at some point there are even different kinds of Zeppelins containing other Bloons inside of them when destroyed) and a very important factor is also when you buy your upgrades, what upgrades you buys for what situation and to Place your Units properly on the Map to not let any Bloon through your defenses. Hope i was able to help a bit with my definetly too long explanation xDD
