@OffshoreArt4022 The good thing you do is to replace all the floor with some pretty blocks and the walls also. You can utilize an iron tool from quark i forgot what it's called it basically need 2 iron ingots and a stick, and what it does it randomize the blocks you put. Just put it in your hand along side the blocks you wanna build with in your hot-bar and right click with it. That would give your home a bit of atmosphere. Another thing you could add is lanterns and copper lanterns instead of torches because you put too many torches and in the recent Minecraft updates '1.18' and above you don't need that many.

Yeah i hate all the torches which leads on to what i was saying about i have certain mods i use and Ferrell lantern is one of them lol. Yeah now im at a good point i can start making base better with better blocks......ill have a look at that

@OffshoreArt4022 Yeah just use lanterns or lamps there is plenty of options and they are cheap
