In the Netherlands normally the first food babies are given are fruits. So jars with puréed pears and apples. And only jars with sweetened carrots. Once they eat that, slowly introduce them to other flavors. I love how Blossom reacted though.

It seems like shes teething the way she cries a bit then chews on that teether . I used to make my baby frozen peas and blend them and add sterilized water and freeze them in ice cube trays for proportions. They taste way better than the peas in the jar.

Admittedly I’m a 57 yo junk foodie, and I don’t eat veg but 🥔🌽🧅. Blossom gave me flashbacks of Mom forcing me to eat creamed spinach or 🥕🤮. I believe you will gain her cooperation and good attitude toward eating if you start with yummier things like Fruit baby foods. You can mix it into the cereals too so they taste better. Good luck! 💕
