Yeah bro ... When I try to do some style it just ends with hair falling down like they are drunk and don't know how to stand... I don't like to apply gel or wax to my hairs but if do it won't even work. One day My friend asked me "dude why don't u do some crazy hairstyle, hairs are long, nice and thick" ... So he gave me a sachet and I took it and tried it on my hairs. Believe it or not I squeezed whole pack out for use , but my hairs just showed me middle finger.

My hair is naturally straight but with the years of having kind of a messing hairstyle, and also curling it a while back (no heat) it has become slightly wavy without trying. And with the hair I try to get, recently I just started letting it sit there for a couple hours after a shower and let it just air dry with the water just sitting on it after just running my fingers throughit a bit to get kind of a wet version of what I want. And after those few hours I fix it using no brush, no comb, no product at all, and it always comes out soft, fluffy and a bit more wavy from the water sitting in the messy hair, and I love it

I always use a hairdryer. First I use the warm setting and then when the hair is dry and has volume, I then use the cold setting on the hairdryer to set the style in place. Then use clay for extra volume. :) Using the cold setting on the dryer really sets it in place, try it!

I usually use about 3-4 sprays of sidekick, blow dry in the direction of slick back, then to my part side and then blow dry to the opposite side and back to part again. Then I use some goldigger. If I know I am going out for the day and really need it to stay, I sometimes add few more sidekick sprays, blow dry a little more and add a tiny more bit of golddigger, that way I don't have to use hairspray. I also sometimes skip the 2nd blow dry and just add 2-3 sprays of sidekick as a hair spray. Would love to see you guys do a video on hair straightening too, I know sometimes it can help with, what do you call them there swils? We call them cowlicks here. And straighteners can add more volume. I hope you someday do maybe like a volumizing tonic (like kevin murphys anti-gravity), or volumizing foam pump product, that would be cool.

I never blow-dry my hair. But when I do (which is rare) it's in the morning when I'm getting ready for school and if I'm in a good mood or doing something special there. When I air dry it (which is every night) I don't do anything with it. And when I wake up it's fine. I have really thick black hair so idk tbh.

I also have really thick hair, but brown. I do the same as you, but when I blow dry i get so much volume on top that it looks super funky save for a very small amount of styles. When I airdry it the hair seems much more controllable.

I have a question about my hair. So basically after showering and letting my hair dry if i leave it in one position its almost impossible to adjust it because its stiff. For example i usually comb my hair to the side but lets say i comb it back right and leave it like that. Then lets say an hour pass by my hair is dry or whatever and i try to comb it or move it to the side its like my hair doesn’t want to. If i put my hand through my hair and try to move it doesn’t completely go and its as if its standing up. . its like hair when you wake up and it tries to go back in the position it was. Is this because my hair is just dry naturally from leaving it like that or because its dry from damaged hair? Could it be due to length instead?

@slikhaartv7 жыл бұрын
Here its all about practicing, you should not burn your self and not to cold else the hair will not follow your styling. Start move with medium heat and then full heat when you feel comfortable. Get a good hairdryer then its regulated for proper heat wave, else test the dryer gently on your arm normally hair can take 180degrees no problem. ( but dont be scared newer burn my hair on the dryers i used both good and bad once )

Slikhaar TV I loved the video altogether, but there were two points that really made me think about how I will now blow dry my hair. The first being I have a wave in the front of my hair like Emil, so the suggestion of starting with the fringe and working back (as I have almost always started from the back of my hair) has worked almost instantly. The second was the technique in which to use the skeleton brush when blow drying. I have the skeleton brush and love it, but just watching how Emil uses this throughout has really helped and i'll definitely be trying this from this day on. I've been using this with Sidekick and Silverfox (both of which are my absolute favourite and running very low as a result lol) so I'm pretty sure with this advice and combining with the products, my hair game with be up another level :-) I really do love this channel and you guys are truly awesome! Long may it continue! Thanks again guys for the brilliant work your doing!

suhaib mohiuddin are you talking of chemical straightening serums ? If will change the feel and structure of the hair. And yes it might be tough on your hair, depending on the strength of it. But again I'm not an expert within that field, so you might ask your hairdresser.
