Thanks David for your fantastic numbers today...I traded pre-market so caught the early short and then the long at the pivot...shorted 466.40 so was a great ride down and was out at 463...hen bought the spike of 461.45 and caught the ride up to 463...you really nailed the whole show today...no sweat on any trade...loved it :))

I feel like a sharp move down (50-75 S&P points) to shake a lot of people out then a sharper move up to ATHs. I know David doesn't cover the Dow much if ever on this channel but there is a trendline on the Dow stemming from the 1929 highs around 42,000. I think the market will want to touch that line with the next move up.

My 1st thought is that an all time high is priced in '2024 value dollars' but inflation hit the market too so is it really a new high in adjusted "2021 dollars"? Gas & Gold are higher.. so are stocks, but doesn't mean the economy is healthy.

Fun fact. I short MO the day before dividend EX date. Knocks it down almost a buck for free $. Works best when it’s near Thursday / Friday since it’s weekly.
