blox cards: the slingshot's return

a long time ago, there was a person that doesn't have a deck idea, until someone opened his eye, he start to experimenting the deck and then finally create the first neoslingshot (not neodragon slingshot, just revived slingshot) deck, but now he's unsealed once more
