If you bought perm dragon before rework you are most likely going to keep it, its illegal for them to just take it away and they would lose everything if they did that. It is possible for them to potentially replace your perm dragon with a different perm but they haven't said anything about losing pre rework perm dragon so I would assume were all safe. They would also get a lot of hate if they did that so don't worry.
