This has happened many times even when you open a nieighborhood and they are in the bloxburg server waiting to join meanwhile its opened it still will say that its locked.. Even when it is full, and the server owner is trying to join, and it is full, when you kick everyone out it kicks them out the issue is the bloxburg main server where you kick them out is like outdated or some to the point where you need to rejoin that way you can join the neighborhood its weird but insane.. ALSO SLAYYY!
