If you had a s10 you could get away with just Double adjustable shocks and Caltrack and using the stock Is leaf springs....there's been people into the 7's. in the 1/4 mile with this Set-up it just works

Good video Brother! Hope everyone is ok and that the storm damage was minimal. 🙏🏾 Good info on the relocation brackets! 👊🏾

That's what happens when you build horsepower before building the car to handle it. Not judgmental, but lower control arms and at least welding stock torque boxes and subframe connectors are a must. Good luck and looking forward to future mods!

What the heck is chicken legs wearing. I never seen that bright a blue, even on a clear spring day in Alabama. lol

They were my aftco shorts, don’t have me a foxbody yet but we can foot race if you want to and we’ll see what these “chicken legs” can do 😂😂
@feellnfroggyАй бұрын
@@lew_will lol. I haven't ran since the army. But when I did it was 2 miles in 12:30. Lol. I'd lose a foot race with a mannequin now.

Good stuff! That is the same trick I use on the armrest bolts.

I got those brackets. Shoot, I fully welded those suckers in. Better safe than sorry. The weight jackers bar work well with them. You can adjust your ride height with them. Heck I had to buy stock springs just to use the lower bolt holes. They work freaking awesome though. They pick the car up for sure.

I had south sides on my 89 coupe. Definitely pushed the tire hard in the ground. Put 4 degrees on pinion angle in it will definitely hook in dirt.

This is something I need to add, the relocation braket. I put UPR everything on rear-end and double adjustable shocks on my Fox
@OscarR-f1dАй бұрын
Lakewood 90/10s up front, UPR rear control arms, and 26x10 Mickey. It was figured out 30 years ago 😂 If it ain’t hooking swap drivers.
@bsbs5.0Ай бұрын
I cut my rear springs and cut one full coil off basically a cull circle off the coil and it drops 1.5" of ride height

It’s a pioneer double din. It fits great.

Soft suspension, softer tires, course rockier asphalt, more sidewall with 16 inch rims. It was factory poor mans dragsetup.

Hey bro, i have a 1992 fox. 331 stroker, i have the first sniper system, ive had the ecu go out once snd i think it went again. Im thinking of sending it to holley and getting it replaced then selling the whole system and going carb. Im a novice mechanic. Im not sure what all i need to switch over and what i can keep from the sniper system. Like the intake. I have the hyperspark ignition. I know this is a hard question because theres lots of variables, but any help would be appreciated. Im hoping the sniper will pay for alot if the change over. Last time the ecu went up. I sent it to a Holley certified mechanic and costs me $2400 I cant do that again, on the bill i saw just to change the plugs it was $240 smh. Plus they did the work and didn't even lmk how much they estimated cost. Thanks bro i appreciate your content.

That’s not a bad plan. I love carburetors even though they have their own issues. Probably just a good regulator like in the video I used on the 65.
