it's the fact imo that when you eat something that is prepared for you by someone else, and not nature... well, your being is affected and becomes aggressive, just like when we eat meat. eating much meat (but in this case its not just about meat ofc) makes you do things that you are going to regret in the future (too much alchool, drugs and so on, the effect is personal on every different person) and then you would die (physically or spiritually)
