Sorry for all the questions. There is nothing where sim card supposed to go. Is there a holder that fits there or just a card. I can't get it to factory reset. E drive not found. If I log in it'll take me all the way then wants the previous pin number or phone number. I know neither. Your instruction gets me to factory reset but it won't finish it.

When I get to factory reset. I select it. First thing it says is can't find E: it has a few lines of appearing to reset. Then just goes back to wanting previous pin. Which I don't have

Does it have the reset option? I remember that screen but TBH its a little vague to me. YOu might just need to toggle using the volume button to erase and follow it through

try a new sd card, if that fails you might have damaged the reader pins inside the tablet
