It’s literally all it is, is putting less food in your mouth everyday and better foods you don’t even need to exercise that just speed up the process. Also I’m not trying to be a bully I sincerely want to see him happy and healthy dude. Someone has to do it or he will revert back to his old weight and probably die. You’re not protecting him by telling people not to mention it we’re making it worse by pretending it’s not happening
