I just got this phone and it's been a veritable pain. The Google Play Store isn't installed, downloads can't be found. In short, I will be sending it back, as it's not worth it. The manual for it says that the Google Play Store is installed and can be found in the Apps icon - not true. I tried to download some ringtones from the Google Play Store and got a popup saying that the app couldn't be found. Then, when I tried to install the Google Play Store app, it said that it wasn't compatible or was in conflict with software on the phone. Getting rid of Blu View Speed 5G!

Phone says Voice Commands Not Available during setup
