I got stuck with pairing as well. I managed to get the C50Pro connected to the phone via its bluetooth menu once, but the app didn't work, so I unpaired it, used the factory reset option and tried again, and now the device won't even show up in my phone's BT screen. So if anyone is considering connecting this to their phone, you probably shouldn't try unpairing/repairing like I did. Also, I'm glad I tried setting it up on my couch before removing and replacing my C30. Now the C30 can stay in place while the BluArmor team sorts these things out. Also also, I never would have found out how to charge this thing without your accidental discovery. 😅

You have to remove the type c from the adapter.
