Thanks for the Video as always your content never disapoints. Its very interesting to watch the new boss try to lead Squirell Cage. The formation getting tossed around is part of the process when your boss have never lead Squirell Cage before. Im suprised they didnt start with Half Cuban Eight Breakout. Either way incredible, Thanks again!

Once again, Mike, another rock steady stellar video. Wobbly, Trash with waves before each squirrel cage and buddy with a sick low transition at 30 and to end with the BIG V "PUB" in late afternoon light makes for some serious awesomeness. Thank you, Mike.

Interesting to see how they're bringing the new left wing pilot along. Slot pilot flies much tighter with the right wing pilot as they are both returning pilots and likely have that trust already built in. Even thought the boss is new the other two are used to flying the show from the past season together and you can see the trust it in the video. Giving the new left wing time to learn and grow which is what winter training is all about. A lot more space given for him to move than in the first flight with just the right wing.

Yeah the prgression between a new 2 and 3 and just having a new 3 is huge. always a pleasure to learn from comments like yours. It will be interesting to see how boss's leading progresses further to where the diamond can take it in a set from Fleet Perade to something like a Foward Beuno Set and so forth.

The roll rate on the Cuban 8 (first part of the squirrel cage) seems faster than previous years/bosses. Makes it tougher on the wingman. It will be interesting to see if he slows it down.
