Just asking as likely irrelevant to the video: 1. Is Crit DMG/Rate important or should I balance it with %Atk increase? 2. Are the EX Skills of the Students randomized or is there a trick to make them rotate as I want?

1. Crit dmg > atk > crit rate 2. The starting order is randomized, but since there are only 6 skills, you can rotate the same 4 skills, and it'll always be the same order.

Is Karin absolutely need to clear this raid on extreme, or can you get by without her?

Nah, Kotama is fine. Karin is sometimes used for speed clears and high scores in both Binah and Chesed, but Kotama does the job too.

How many months since it's launch till JP added ex in raids?

I don't remember the exact month, but the first raid with EX in jp was Hiero. For global, that could be potentially in a couple of raids.
