nope, Utaha doesn't really need much investment. she's mainly there to increase hit count so only having her bond gear is important

yup, it should be fine. I tested with a borrowed Lv. 82 3★ NYFuuka | MMMM. if your Koharu is invested then she should be able to keep Mika alive without trouble. or just use Kokona instead XD
