I don't think she was even used last Hovercraft, at least in the speedruns. Not really sure why, maybe it's because the forced movement messes up the stack building, especially with how slow Maki is to reposition. For me having C.Hare just lets me borrow a second Mika instead of borrowing Meru.

She deals many hits, being mg, her normal being 21 hits, and her sub giving a free echo on every hit. In phase 2 the boss has high damage reduction and you get rid of that by using high hit count units.
